Baked Mac & Cheese

EVERYTHING I've ever had at Prime is AMAZING. The food is excellent, fresh and locally sourced. The service is wonderful. It's all of the upside of fine dining without the pretentiousness or price point. This restaurant is a local gem that's not to be missed!

Grilled Whiskey Glazed Long Bone Pork Chop

We eat at Prime almost weekly and love it! The Chef is both passionate and talented, the food is always fresh and high quality, and the price is a bargain for the experience. Their service is good, some better than others, but always attentive, accurate, and responsive. I'd recommend the board or oysters (both I'd consider a risk at other restaurants, but Prime has never disappointed). The price fix changes regularly, and we really enjoy trying new items knowing they aren't put casually on the menu, and will not disappoint.

Bottomless Mimosas

Came in for brunch and had pancakes and bottomless mimosas. Food was great and so were the drinks and service. Coming back again this weekend to try the dinner menu.

Pan Seared Day Boat Scallops

Husband and I love coming to Prime for date night or with our family for brunch. I've had a wide variety of offerings on the menu, the scallops and lamb being my favorite. My husband loves the burger and the steaks. Service is always lovely, atmosphere is nice and the food is delicious.

Nashville Hot Quail

The Bloody Best

St. Patrick's day dinner at Prime and enjoyed the absolute best corn beef and cabbage made in house that was out of this world!!! Making plans to go to Prime every St. Patrick's day! It was that incredible!!!

Nashville Hot Quail

Came in and had the three course meal with Nashville Hot Quail as my entree. Food and Service was good and the three course meal is a good value. Will definitely come again to try some other entrees. Only recommendation I would have is to ramp the heat up a little on the quail if your gonna call it Nashville Hot there was not much spice/heat.

Grilled Whiskey Glazed Long Bone Pork Chop

Chef really goes above and beyond with his long bone porkchop. This thing is mastadonic and the flavors are even bigger. The savory mustard cream sauce meeting the perfect amount of char... the 6 minute egg and density of the spaetzle colliding to make one feel as if they were in a traditional German restaurant... everything about this dish is perfect. I appreciate the distances gone by the kitchen to utilize fresh local ingredients in such a way that always keep you on your toes. Changing the menu every day and having such a truly artistic range of sauces is not easy, but Chris and his team sure do make it look like a walk in the park.
