Oven Roasted Alsakan Halibut

I live in Alaska, and was not going to get the halibut simply because I have fresh halibut so often at home. However, I love it, so I took a chance and ordered it. I am so glad I did! It was fresh, flavorful and perfectly cooked. What a delightful surprise to enjoy an excellent halibut dinner in Texas with locally sourced vegetables. Fantastic service, delicious and beautifully plated dishes, and relaxed yet elegant atmosphere. Will definitely visit again.

Buttermilk Pancakes

Love this place! Every meal I have had here has been amazing! From lunch, brunch and dinner, I have really enjoyed each experience. The pancakes are amazing and is made in a way that makes you want a weekly brunch reservation. The pancakes are fluffy while so buttery and the toppings are delicious! The chef aims to always please the guest. I am somewhat of a picky eater, but the quality of food and the precision that goes into the meals have made this one of my favorite restaurants. It is the place you can take out of town guest and know they will love it!

Champagne Brie Soup

A New Tradition! This year our family wanted to stay closer to home and support our local community instead of going to the Gaylord. This definitely was an excellent decision! The Christmas Dinner Menu Choices were beautifully presented! The amazing Brie soup, a generous portion prime rib cooked perfectly with the tasty potatoes and a creamy creation with fresh fruit for dessert! And that was just mine! Oh, the duck was delicious and the Lobster Newburg was fantastic. There are so many good places to eat but this phenomenal restaurant will stay at the top of our list for a Prime experience! Looking forward to enjoying it again.

Stuffed French Toast

The stuffed French toast is always out of this world! The cream cheese filling and the fluffy bread is perfection. We always get an order to share with the table and there is never a bite left. Every dish always blows me away- you can tell that the chef (and all of the staff) take great pride in their work and service. It's always a special meal!
