Pan Seared Day Boat Scallops

Husband and I love coming to Prime for date night or with our family for brunch. I've had a wide variety of offerings on the menu, the scallops and lamb being my favorite. My husband loves the burger and the steaks. Service is always lovely, atmosphere is nice and the food is delicious.

Savory Chicken Crêpes

I haven't ever ordered anything here I didn't love. The chicken crepes were great, some other favorites are the lobster roll, the half and half board and the fried Brussel sprouts. The drinks are also delicious, my favorite is the filthy dirty martini. Will be back again and again and again!

Grilled Long Bone Pork Chop

Chef really goes above and beyond with his long bone porkchop. This thing is mastadonic and the flavors are even bigger. The savory mustard cream sauce meeting the perfect amount of char... the 6 minute egg and density of the spaetzle colliding to make one feel as if they were in a traditional German restaurant... everything about this dish is perfect. I appreciate the distances gone by the kitchen to utilize fresh local ingredients in such a way that always keep you on your toes. Changing the menu every day and having such a truly artistic range of sauces is not easy, but Chris and his team sure do make it look like a walk in the park.

Grilled Dry Aged Long Bone Pork Chop

We got this for our Valentine/Birthday takeout dinner and it was delicious! You make one of the tastiest pork chops in the area. We also had the tempura brussel sprouts which were a fabulous complement. Thank you for helping make my quarantine birthday/Valentine's Day special with such culinary delights.
