Two Events, Two Farms, Benefiting Two Charities!

The PRIME Farm Dinners will take place at two local farms during  October and November and will benefit two charities.

A True Farm to Table Experience!

What could be more romantic? Imagine the fine dining experience you are accustomed to at PRIME, but out under the stars on a lovely farm. This Fall Prime Farm to Table is hosting two events at two locations for the benefit of two charities. The events will include passed hors d’oeuvres, artisan cocktails, wine, and a six-course menu prepared day of, utilizing local ingredients.  Truly a farm to table experience.

What to Expect

  • 6:00 pm. The night begins. Guests arrive on the farm and are greeted with refreshing signature cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres. Guests will enjoy a live jazz band and meet our featured local farmers, all while sipping and savoring the countryside views.

  • 7:00pm. The night gets even better. Guests are seated beneath a tent at long farm tables, just in time for the beautiful Texas sunset. Each of the six family-style courses are made with ingredients grown and gathered locally and served with a beautiful selection of wines.

Details

  • Chef Flahaven is more than happy to accommodate any food allergies or dietary restrictions, but please make sure to contact us at the restaurant well in advance by calling, 972-539-1902.

  • Children are welcome at our farm events, but the length of time sitting and family style courses may be a little boring for the younger crowd. While tickets may be purchased for children, please keep in mind that there will not be a separate children’s menu.

  • Prime Farm Dinners proceed rain or shine, and guests will be seated beneath long white tents.

  • Our dinners take place in the fields of working farms and ranches, so we ask our guests to take that into consideration when choosing shoes and attire for the evening.

  • Tickets can be transferred or gifted, but unfortunately no refunds will be given for cancellations. Please contact us with the new guest’s information as soon as possible.
